Macadamia Nuts
 Macadamia nuts contain the highest level of monounsaturated fats (good ones) of all natural foods. The nuts are cholesterol and trans fatty acid free and have significant protein, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, minerals and vitamins comprising naturally occurring Vitamin E, B1, B2, B5, B6, Niacin, Folic Acid Potassium, Phosphores, magnesium, calcium, Selium and iron. Macadamias have the most balanced ratio of Omega3- Omega 6 fatty acids of all nut foods and contain Palmitoleic Acid(17%). Macadamia nut oil as a culinary food enriches and enhances natural food flavours and is recommended in pan frying especially fish, poultry, eggs, pancakes and French toast. Stir frying/tempura/wok cooking marinates and delicious in salads.
As a cosmetic oil macadamia is used effectively for aroma therapy message having optimum therapeutic effect in conditioning revitalizing skin. It is recommended as an anti-aging moisturizer responding well to skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis, winter itch and nappy rash.

Our Micronised nut in shell Macadamia stock feed is at the fore front of stock food commodities and is recommended vital nutrition for horses, cattle and other ruminants. The product is is high in monounsaturated fats, Omega 3-6, cal-vitamins, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, calcium, selenium, palmitoleic acid, iron, etc; and is high in dietary fibre. The crushed nut (3mm-6mm) is mixed with dried cereal mix to boost protein levels to give the product balance and a competitive edge to alternate stock feeds.
